Update the icons appeared on ''supported by" of scidrive login page #59

At the moment there are by Sloan foundation, VAO, NSF, SDSSIII CasJobs/MyDB, SQLShare.

It may require Alex's input.

Updated the old SDSS-III logo to be the new SDSS logo.

HOWEVER, still need to check on funding to make sure all logos are up to date. @mikear69 or @thakar, do you know?
