Add the link to bug report on SciDrive #97

So users can send bug reports/feature request/etc on SciDrive page.

Fixed already in issue #93, unless we want another link placed as well somewhere else.

THis is on SciDrive page not on its login page. but I'd like to discuss this with Mike first.
