Description

prelude-manager is not restarted and is not able to connect to MariaDB after a reboot

Host Environment

• Host operating system and version: Ubuntu 17.10
• Vagrant version: 2.0.1
• Hypervisor version: Virtualbox 5.1.30

Steps to Reproduce

1. vagrant up prelude-manager-oss
2. vagrant reload prelude-manager-oss

Expected behavior: prelude-manager process should be running after a reboot

Actual behavior: prelude-manager does not automatically start after a reboot
