Can you please rebase this PR on the latest development?

Also it should include only the "added open-scissor.xml" commit :)

Apart from those minor issues LGTM

Pad, did you squash the commits into one? I see the same edits you already applied in #63 PRs should not contain duplicate work otherwise we end up with conflicts to manually resolve.

Can you please rebase again by including just the needed work? Thanks. The same applies to #64
