Permission Problem #212

I got this today (running on macOS Catalina 10.15)

“sciter-osx-64.dylib” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

Could you check the SDK itself? And I believe it isn't related to the bindings itself, so it's better to ask on https://sciter.com/forums
