Created a sciter-preact-go template to help you get started #323

Sorry this is not an issue, but I see a lot of people struggling to get started with this. So I hope this could help anyone.

I have only tested on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.14.6. If you have any issues, we can figure it out together. You can basically replace "preact" with anything you like. What's important is you get a sciter+go application running with packaging scripts for Windows and Mac
