As I mentioned in https://github.com/sciter-sdk/rust-sciter/issues/50, I think a LICENSE file would be good to have, rather than just the comment in the README.
If you agree, you may merge this PR. I included the copyright (and MIT license) as it appears in pysciter, which I believe you also wrote.
