Add an auto-unrar action for NMT devices #100

A nice feature would be to add an option to automatically unrar the downloaded
torrents in NMT.

For the PCH-x and C-x, you could ask for the install of "The Utils Package"
(http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showthread.php?tid=32939 and
http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showthread.php?tid=32600) so the code would
work for both.

If you need a beta tester, I´m right here. Thanks in advance and
congratulations for the great work!

As soon as I implemented a function that can run scripts on finished downloads,
this can be done via external scripts.

here is a script that you can run when torrent is downloaded. use unpackrar.py
--help for parameters. can be run to recurse through a dir tree if necessary or
for a single file. Usage is GPL. Credits go to lostnihilist

I'm looking for it, haven't manage to work yet, the script field isn't editable
in the GUI, but I will try down the config.sh!

This will be a feature in 0.8 as a script hook for finished downloads.
