Lost config file after upgrade #198

Running: TW-X/0.8.4 (NMT)

After upgrading to 0.9.4, I get this screen:

cache_dir: ""  does not exist
cache_dir: ""  is not writable for uid: 99
cache_dir: ""  is not readable for uid: 99

This is an issue with config caching. This is fixed in the latest 
TorrentWatch-X Test version, also available in CSI. This fix will also be 
available in the next release.

Keep in mind the the config itself is not lost. This can be temp fixed by 
removing twx-config.cache from the config directory.
