What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. manually run php rss_dl.php
2. wait for cron to run php rss_dl.php
When running php rss_dl.php I see that my rss cache is checked and if their is
a favorite that has not yet been downloaded it will start the download however
I never get an email notification.
The only way to get an email on a hit is to use the web browser and reload the
page. Leaving the browser open and refreshing is obviously not ideal.
Running version 0.8.8 on OS X 10.8.2 with php 5.3.15
Below is the part in the twlog that coincides with the fave I quickly added to
test the download/mail.

Mailer Error:

As you can see it shows there is an error however it does not indicate what it
is.
