rss didn't update had to clear cache to get updates

Running: TW-X/0.8.8 (Linux 2.6.33.2 armv5tel)

hi last nite i started torrentwatch on my qnap with transmission 2.75-b19 for 
the 1st time.

idk why but its not updating the rss properly. they do show up and i can see 
the torrents, but its just not updating every 15mins. 

i removed the original rss and added my own at kickass and eztvrss.it 

if you have more send them plz.

i can see and download the rss feeds but they just don't update every 
15minutes. 

idk what version of torrent-x i'm using, it would have been nice if your 
program added that to this message when we open a bug report.

i hope you can help me out with this.

1) make sure the words in the config file are MINUTES and HOUR. some examples 
use abbreviated words.

2) try this 
MINUTES=*/15
HOUR=*
