Add html to explain the pretty table highlights #50

Put up a short description at the top of the home page explaining why any field is highlighted.

oops I did this without reading the full message text, and for now they're tooltips in the header that apply to every table, not just on the home page (ie the visibility page too, and the object page if that ever gets re-implemented)
