Maybe make styling more consistent, too

• [x] Used the "cards" from a portfolio feature to redo the sponsors section & added styling & reduced content to ensure that it looks good - more consistent in formatting, I believe - improved logos - now 4 columns of sponsor cards, not just 3, should be better for the total of 10 sponsors / partners
