Outdated information in Quick Start and Homepage #90

Few things that should be changed/updated:

something newer than python33 should be shown as example. Python 3.5 might be good candidate
also something more interesting than python33, MariaDB 5.5, or PostgreSQL 9.2 should be shown on homepage, https://www.softwarecollections.org/en/
"Only packages built using copr can be included in our Directory." -- that is not correct, we can include collections built in CentOS Build System as well

This deserves the attention also because the installation procedure has been simplified. It's no longer necessary to download rpm packages with software collection repository manually, but one can install centos-release-scl package from centos extras directly.
