On my migrated (or rather imported) SCM 1.6 -> SCM 2.x server the Redmine project URL field is empty.
Why not have a general setting for the Redmine server URL and automatically generate the URL https://<redmine>/projects/<project> but please make it editable as the server and the projectname might not match.
Added note: general setting as admin has a filled in field for the Redmine server URL. Field/URL-spec per project is empty.
Adding a test button to see if the user can connect to Redmine from SCM Manager would be a nice bonus.
