Hotfix/remove duplicated webpack config file

Fix webpack config file (and split into 2)

• Divide configuration for both apps (cmp, globalstorage)
• Modify tasks to be more app specific: now there are 4 tasks, 2 of them to generate cmp for a dev and pro environment and the other 2 to generate globalstorage for a dev and pro environment
• Update readme file
