As we will copy the IAB's static resources (vendor list and purpose translations) into our CDN in order to avoid CORS errors in some user browsers, we need to enable the vendor list host config to the HttpTranslationVendorListRepository, which will be the same that was being used in the HttpVendorListRepository.
After this and when the CDN is ready with the static data, we will be able to use our CDN's domain as DEFAULT value for this library.
No changes are included, by the default vendor list host will be used for the translations, and that host is the same that was hardcoded in the changed repository
