feat: target adevinta cdn instead of default consensu.org #71

Description

To avoid blacklisting and performance reasons, we choose to target Adevinta CDN instead of https://vendorlist.consensu.org

Expected behavior

Download vendorlist.json and purposes-xx.json from adevinta CDN (https://c.dcdn.es/cmp/vendorlist)
