Added response info like status code, response time and size #1

First approach: I create a new AccessLog in the interceptor, to avoid adding more complexity to the AccessLog VO. Not sure if it's the best solution, though.

Only thing missing would be adding the response size.

I agree that AccessLog constructors are not the best, but I can't find a better solution, so let go ahead with this version.
