unable to install webpart correct

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. unpack webpart on server
2. open packagedeploy
3. error when installing package or removing package

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Version 4.3 on sp2010 server2008 R2

Im new te sp2010 and installing webparts so it maybe al leak of knowledge

Hi  apollovenlo,

This is because the administrative services are running and sharepoint is 
scheduling the tasks, where the solution wants it to be done that very moment. 
To resolve the issue please stop the administrative service by clicking on 
Start --> Run --> services.msc --> Sharepoint 2010 Administration, Now right 
click and select Stop, and then reinstall.

Sollution found!

I had to start SP 2010 administration service when attempting a reinstall.
