(500) Internal Server Error.Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I registered the Facebook app, and followed all of your instructions, but I 
receive this error:  (500) Internal Server Error.Object reference not set to an 
instance of an object.

I have reset the keys, and also recreated the apps to no avail.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.4, SharePoint 2010

Please provide any additional information below.

Please provide instructions for how to debug this problem or suggestions on how 
to fix.

Please download latest package 4.6. Issue has been resolved now.
