OTA update not working

Describe the bug HA is showing that there is a new firmware. But the update button is not working

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. press install firmware button
2. notting happends

Expected behavior download OTA file from github and install on device

There is for now no answer in the discord chat. I will search further

Still not working. Last release upgrade broke all ESP's but after a hotfix the came to life again. Needs more investigation.
