It may be that your "window" for waking up on movement is shorter than the time
until your set alarm. In that case, movement above the sensitivity threshold
will make your alarm go off.
You might try shortening your window in the settings. I don't have my phone
with me, but I *think* there is a setting to disable the window.

I tried changing the window to normal in stead of UI, but it didn't seem to
have an effect

try this:
In settings -
Un-check "light sleep pre-alarm". I think that should only allow the alarm to
go off at the time specified while still monitoring your movements.
