Ringtone volume not set by ElectricSleep #141

What version of ElectricSleep are you using?
0.7.0 Donate

On what android device and android version?
HTC Hero, Android 2.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set ringtone volume from ringtone select in ElectricSleep.
2. Invoke alarm in ElectriSheep. The volume is unchanged.
3. Set ringtone volume from ringtone select in builtin alarm.
4. Invoke alarm in ElectriSheep. The volume is now changed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I expect ringtime volume changed in ES to work.

Please provide any additional information below.
- It would be brilliant if there was a switch to gradually increase ringtone 
volume during an alarm, same as Gentle Alarm provides.
