request for visualization scripts #1

Hi @scoffman:

Thank you very much for sharing the scripts used in the manuscript. They have proven to be incredibly useful in analyzing similar types of data. I was able to successfully run both scripts and obtain the desired results, which were written to a CSV file.

Would it be possible for you to provide me with the R scripts used to create the visualizations in the manuscript? If you still have them, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share them with me.

Also, I was not able to find the Shiny app you developed. Would you be able to share that as well? The link you provided in your thesis does not work: https://github.com/scoffman/shiny_haplotype_vis
