libfat.a is compiled into libpa9.a #23

You should not compile the fat library into palib. You need to keep it a
separate file, in case users wish to use different versions of fatlib or
libfat. Otherwise, there will be conflicts if an end-user tries to use an
older or newer version of fatlib.

What version of PAlib are you using ?
PAlib061025.zip
