Please provide any additional information below.
PAlib r146 is a branch named dkA_r23b_Compatibility to be used for
development of a version of the library that will compile with devkitARM
r23b (currently the latest devkitARM release).  Please use this branch for
all work related to dkA r23b compatibility.
