Applied Cheats will not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Advanced settings has cheats set to on
2.Individual games,(all of my games, over 40)have cheats set to on, not all
at once, only when I want to use cheats, currently Animal Crossing City Folk
3.Selected individual cheats to run and applied.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should have cheats working on the game

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: v1.3 (r1023), IOS 249 (rev14)

Please provide any additional information below.

47 installed games, none with working cheats

The cheats are now working with the newest version :D
