Language isn't saved #456

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change the language in the settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Language are changed but it's not saved on the settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CoverFloader Version r1055
Wii 4.2e

Please provide any additional information below.
same problem with r1054

R1036 and before works, for R1051 i'm not sure.
