For @robbiet480 as a starting point for the Arduino example. Currently has no encryption support and just connects to the first UART able device it finds.

Hello, This sketch implements the vanilla Ninebot protocol - while the scope of the repo is to store implementations of the NinebotCrypto protocol in a ready-to-use manner for any given project, making the PR ineligible for merge. Closing until new commit is added

@lothean-dev Yeah, this was for @robbiet480 as a reference, he requested I make a pr with what I had covered so far and he would look into implementing the encryption. I was not aiming to have this added, just to create a starting point as requested.
