CSV output not always as expected #8

CSV output is missing geometry values in some cases.

This was an error in my attention to detail. I was dealing with polygon data in my testing, which is not going to result in a well-formed CSV. Will leave open until proper checks and warnings are in place to let user know that polygonal data will result in bad CSV output.
