Include a Kotlin syntax highlighting #256

There's not (yet) a syntax file for Kotlin. Kotlin is an evergromwing language with a couple of usual extensions : .kt and .kts (kotlin script). It would be really nice to have syntax highlighting definition for this language.

Maybe you could merge PR #150 which is apparently ready to be merged ?
