resolved syntax errors in hcl.nanorc and prolog.nanorc #271

Added quotes to the syntax definitions in prolog.nanorc and hcl.nanorc. Also removed the "normal" color as it's not supported by v2.9.

Should resolve #240 and #186 when using the v2.9 branch.

bc4d152650 has already made the important changes, so I'll close this PR.
