WIP - Themes #275

Hello!

This is my try to bring themes functionality to this project. I'm create the pull request now because I need help:

Meantime, I recommend do not merge this fork in master right now! So, what do you think: we work in my fork, or in a branch in this project?

According to issue https://github.com/scopatz/nanorc/issues/251

After this pull request pass, I/we will change the nanorc files to a theme files...

Any question or something else, I'm here to help/answer/correct/...

Just a little hint: If you commit the 7th try just squash them together. Makes the history cleaner and no one really cares about all your tries.
