nginx.nanorc uses black for comments #299

The nginx.nanorc uses brightblack for comments, which makes them invisible on a black terminal (which I have). I understand that not everyoen uses the same terminal color, but I think black is a relatively common one for background, and that it would be better to use a different color for this.

Yep, that should probably be changed. Please feel free to put in a PR!
