Vlang highlighting #408

Would somebody be able to add syntax highlighting for the V (vlang) language? https://vlang.io/ It's a very interesting, versatile, fast and capable language.

I thought this was for nano. Anyway, thanks for https://github.com/Harxi/vlang-nanorc which works great!

Maybe @Harxi 's highlighter could be added to this repo??
