fix: align defaults with original quality imps per second and content bytes per imp #196

For audio + CTV we use the bit rate by device, so no need to have the bytes per session as a default.

For the default bytes per sessions, focusing on the default bytes per session second. Also, updating these values to be in line with that current defaults used in the scope3 model.

Also, finishing the renaming of fields to be clear when a value is per imp vs per 1000 imp.
