[feature request] The release process automation is missing #52

I doesn't seem to exist a release process for this repo yet?

It would be great to add in addition to https://github.com/score-spec/score-go/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci.yml a release workflow?

And maybe taking inspiration from score-k8s and score-compose for consistency (release name, job to release based on tag, etc.)?

If there is no automation to have in place and just have the tag/release, let's maybe just document this part somewhere?

It turned out that the release process is like this:

Create a tag/release in there https://github.com/score-spec/score-go/releases by one of the core maintainers
Then, a few hours after it's synced in there https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/score-spec/score-go to be used/consumed

Just tested the process with https://github.com/score-spec/score-go/releases/tag/v1.8.2.

So we don't need any automation in addition to what's in place already. Sorry for the confusion, closing this issue.
