On Logging as admin and refreshing the page the Admin privileges are revoked #874

Describe the bug after logging in as admin and refreshing the user loses admin privileges

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'admin account'
  2. refresh the page
  3. Go to admin panel
  4. See error

Expected behavior the local storage should remember the admin user already logged in
