Removal of 'Report' and 'Follow' button on the Profile of the user

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

There is 'Report' and 'Follow' button on the profile page of the user , which is not ideal as the user should not be allowed to report or follow himself or herself To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. First login
2. Click on the right top profile icon
3. from the dropdown select 'My profile'

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Only the 'Share' button should be present where the user should be able to share his/her profile
