No placeholder shown when data is not present in the 'My feed' section

Describe the bug

In the feed section when there is no organisation or tutorial to be shown, a white rectangular empty area is shown which can create confusion to the user

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login
2. Go to the 'My Feed' section

Expected behavior There should be some placeholder when there is no data to be displayed
