Error message not displayed on password invalidation while registering

Describe the bug No error is displayed on register failure if the password length is less than 8 characters.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Register(Create account) page
2. Register using password of less than 8 characters

Expected behavior An error message (similar to 'The password must be at least 8 characters long' must be displayed
