Show insufficient password warning before submit

Describe the bug Currently, a warning is given to user about sufficient warning after submitting. It would be better to provide the warning while entering the passing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'register'
2. Click on 'enter password'
3. Enter a password less than length of 8
4. No warning intially
5. See warning after submitting

Expected behavior Show warning while entering the password.
