Add report user feature

Currently there is no a way to report a user based on the details that they've shared. This feature needs to be implemented.

• There should be a separate button in the shared trip to report the trip
• The report reasons should be able to change. Which means they should be in the database.
• An UI enhance to show how many reports are made for a particular shared trip.
