[ImageLab Electron] Enhance the view of the project documentation. #157

Current imagelab documentation page doesn't include the electron project documentation and steps support for setup. It needs to include in the original wiki page.

I have included documentation for both the Electron and React project to the main wiki page, which were previously not present in the ImageLab wiki. Should I proceed to submit a pull request?
