Add a home-manager nix module #11

Add a home-manager module to simplify installation and config management on nix systems. This greatly reduces the setup time on my system and makes it integrate better with other programs on nix, mainly hyprland which this module is based on.

Tested and works.

Needs to be rebased to master (So you're not reverting every commit from 6d3f1b64f4f836509cddb1f8134ed10006ad3c23)

Okay, thanks. Can you then add something along the lines of "Based on Hyprlands module and NixOS's sway module" to the top of the module.nix file?
