"Yes" in that one fires for all 49 days between Pesach and Shavuot, the other is based on your selection (defaults to "until Lag B'omer" I think).
"No" in that it's realistically not all the useful a sensor, I mostly created it because I could.
I did realize this year that I need a Sedarim Night Sensor, because my lights need to be on later than a typical Yom Tov.

Once I learned how to bundle it in a single sensor it became easy just to create every iteration I could think of and let people do their thing.
