Php 7.0 EOL #405

It's been a while since PHP 7.0 has reached its end of life! Will we see an update of Scotch Box Free version 3.5 to 3.6 any time soon? I think it might be time to get Ubuntu 18.04, PHP 7.2 and MySQL 5.7.25 out of the box.

Pro box hasn't been updated, so safe to say this project is dead?

I've seen lots of Issues and not much support on this project. When last I checked, however, there are all kinds of viable alternatives on the Vagrant Cloud. I actually created my own branch of this box, simplified and upgraded it, but that was 2 years ago, and the way things change...
