Vagrant Up - Unable To Fetch #411

Since yesterday, vagrant up is failing for me:

The following SSH command responded with a non-zero exit status.
Vagrant assumes that this means the command failed!

408 saldim's comment fixed this issue for me

I'm having this issue now. I tried saldim's comment from #408 and that didn't work for me. Seems like I found a work-around for this not too long ago when I tried this vagrant box before. There was a sudo command that I executed to remove the error messages. I had to destroy the VM and start over.
