fixed config file for Jekyll 3 #3

First of all, thanks a lot, awesome tutorial! Apparently the config file needs some minor changes for the build to run smoothly on Jekyll 3, so here they are. Also, worth editing the tutorial to mention the need to install pygments and jekyll-paginate to run the build.
